Patrick Lau joined the global equities team at Cumberland Investment Counsel Inc. (CIC) in April 2019 with 20 years of experience in equity research and portfolio management covering a variety of geographic & sector mandates.

Prior to joining CIC Mr. Lau was a global equities analyst with our affiliate, Cumberland Private Wealth Management Inc. Additionally, he held investment positions with large banks, a pension fund, and an independent Canadian investment manager as well as positions in corporate banking and software development.
